Hello to all my former classmates at JRBHS.

After graduating from Buchtel, I went to Akron U and obtained a degree in Electrical Engineering. I then entered the US Air Force, became a pilot, served in Vietnam, and left the service after 6 years flying refueling tankers.

I married Cyndi in 1970. She obtained graduate degrees while I was in the service and worked in the education system in Ohio as a Special Education administrator in Springfield, and Consultant for the State Dept of Education. She retired after 35 years.

After my military service, I secured a position as an Electrical Engineer and after bouncing around several companies ended up at General Motors/Delphi designing automation control systems.

I retired in 2008 and now shuttle back and forth between my home in Urbana in the summer and Chandler, AZ in the winter. I have 2 daughters. My oldest is 36 and is a biomedical engineer living in Tempe, AZ. My youngest is 32 and earned her MD degree in 2005. She now practices medicine in the Denver, CO area.
